Tomato Beef Swirls

l lb. ground beef
l c. fine fresh bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
l/4 c. chopped green peppers
l/4 c. grated onions
l tsp. salt
l/8 tsp. pepper
l egg, well beaten
l/2 c. condensed tomato soup
l tsp. Worcestershire Sauce


Combine bread crumbs, cheese, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, pepper, egg and l/4 c. of the tomato soup. Gently press the ground beef into the shape of a rectangle on a sheet of waxed paper. Spread the bread crumb mixture on top of the rectangle of meat. Roll up as for a jelly roll. Now cut into 4 equal slices and place in a shallow pan. Pour the other l/4 c. tomato soup over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
