Zucchini Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground beef
1 zucchini
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbl. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbl. ketchup
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 egg
spaghetti sauce
grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350 and grate zucchini.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce and cheese and shape into a loaf. Bake 45 minutes, then spoon spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle generously with cheese and continue to
bake for about 15 minutes.
