Montreal Roast

1 rib roast (5 to 7 lbs.)
6 to 8 garlic cloves - crushed
1/4 to 1/3 cup Montreal steak spice


Preheat grill thoroughly, then set heat to medium-low. Generously spread garlic and steak spice on roast (pressing in as much as possible). Arrange roast on rotisserie. Roast until meat tests done - about 15 minutes per pound, depending on how you like it done
