Mushroom Round Steak
1 round steak
1 cup sliced or chopped celery
1 cup sliced or chopped onion
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 3350 degrees F.
Cut meat in serving size portions.
In the bottom of a baking dish, layer celery and onion. Top with steak, then with soup. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 2 hours or until meat is fork tender.
