Pot Roast
1 roast (any style)
2 cups water
1 package brown gravy mix
1 envelope onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place roast in glass baking dish and sprinkle with soup mix. Pour water over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until tender.
Add gravy mix and more water if needed and bake an addition 30 to 40 minutes.
