Rib Roast
Source: "Sex And Single Girl."

1 rib of beef, frozen solid
2 large baking potatoes
Olive oil


Preheat oven to 450°F.

Rub beef with oil. Set it in a pan, bone side down, and prop it up with potatoes. Place in oven to roast.

When potatoes are done, beef will have two outside cuts, and a rare center.

Total baking time: 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Potatoes take longer than usual because of frozen meat.)
