Rotisserie Rib Roast

2 pound roast

Marinade:
About 1 1/2 cups Merlot wine
Maybe 1/3 cup of canola oil
1 plus teaspoons of Wagners Flavor Magic (contains dried garlic, peppper, dried lemon juice, corn oil dried onion, etc.)
A couple of grinds of black peppercorn
A dash of MSG


Poke the roast very, very well and pour this mixture over it, put it in a zip lock bag, and marinate it for at least six hours in the frig.

Before putting it on the rotisserie use a very small amount of meat tenderizer, then a couple of grinds of black pepper and sprinkle a little seasoned salt over the top and sides.

Cook about 70 minutes.
