Salisbury Steak

1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 slice bread -- crumbled

Mix 1/4 can soup, beef, bread, egg, pepper and onion powder. Shape into patties. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. In a bowl mix the rest of the soup with 1/3 cup water. Spread over patties and bake 10 minutes.
