Short Ribs and Gravy
Boil short ribs for 15 minutes and drain, saving a small portion of the liquid for the gravy.
Pour liqiud into a medium sized roaster and use bisto gravy mix to make gravy on the stove top, about 3 cups of gravy, add short ribs and bake for 1 hour at 350.
