Sloppy Joe Pizza

1 c. flour
1 c. mashed potato flakes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat to 425 degrees.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In large bowl combine flour and potato flakes, cut in margarine. Stir in milk with a fork. Dough will be stiff. With floured fingers press dough into ungreased 12-inch rectangle on large cookie sheet, forming rim along edge.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust begins to brown.

Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Blend in remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Spread mixture evenly onto baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
