Sloppy Joes
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup or more to taste
2 tlbs. prepared mustard or to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can chicken gumbo soup
Brown meat and onions, drain off the fat and water. Add ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook about 1 minute to blend flavors.
Add chicken gumbo soup and cook about 20 minutes or until flavors are blended. Serve on hot dog buns.
