Sloppy Joes with Cornbread

1 pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce or BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce
Toppings: KRAFT Shredded Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, guacamole, chopped tomatoes or bell peppers, green onion or olive slices


Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Pour into 8- or 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 400 degree F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly.

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add barbecue sauce; heat thoroughly.

Cut cornbread into 4 wedges. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture over each cornbread
wedge. Top with desired toppings.

Try serving with carrot and celery sticks with KRAFT Ranch Dressing as a dip and prepared JELL-O.

Tip! Taco Sloppy Joes: Substitute 1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Simmer
Sauce or 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) Taco Seasoning Mix for barbecue sauce. Prepare as directed on package.
