Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs

Sauce:
1 tbl. Crushed garlic (the kind you buy in a jar by the spices, or you can use fresh)
1 medium Onion
4 (15 oz.) cans Hunts Tomato Sauce or 2 (30 oz.) cans
1 (46 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Juice
1 tbl. Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbls. Sugar
1 tbl. Chicken Granules
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Salt (optional) - to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Meatballs:
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/4 of a tube Mild Sausage
1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 package Good Seasons Dressing Mix


Combine all ingredients for sauce, except Parmesan cheese, and cook over medium heat for an hour.

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Meanwhile combine all meatball ingredients and mold into medium balls. Place in baking dish and cover.

Bake at 350 until browned, turning once.

After sauce has cooked for one hour, add Parmesan cheese and Meatballs. Cook for an additional 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.
