Beef Steak: Cheesesteak

Cheesesteak

8 ounces steak, cut into pieces (or as much as you like)
1/4 cup onion, sliced thin
1/4 cup green pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 slices bacon, broken in pieces
1 ounce Provolone cheese
2 tsp. butter
2 tbls. Oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. broiled steak seasoning


Cook bacon and drain on paper towels. Lightly saute onions in butter.

In a fry pan, brown steak, adding oil and keeping the heat on medium. When almost browned, add green pepper, onion, broken bacon. When almost cooked, add mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until top desired doneness. Top with Provolone cheese slice and heat until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

Serves 1 7.2 carbs.
