Swiss Steak

Brown your round steaks and then cut off all fat and cut out the bones. Place pieces in a large casserole dish.

Smother with chopped onions, chopped red and green peppers and quartered tomatoes.

Add a cup of tomato sauce mixed with a cup of water and bake at 300 for 1 hour,basting frequently.
