Taco Meatball Apettizers
11/4 lb. Ground Chuck
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
2 Eggs
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
3 Tbl. Milk
1 (8 oz.) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 (16 oz.) Jar Old El Paso Thick & Chunky Salsa
Tortilla chips
Mix together ground chuck, corn meal, eggs, taco seasoning and milk.
Shape into small meatballs, each around a cube of cheese. Brown meatballs.
Place in microwavable bowl. Pour salsa over meatballs and heat. Serve with tortilla chips
