15 Minute Beef Teriyaki
2 cups Minute Rice, cooked as directed on package
1 pound beef flank steak or sirloin, cut in thin strips
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
3/4 cup bottled teriyaki stir-fry sauce
Cook and stir beef in 1 hot oil in nonstick skillet 5
mintues. Add fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed if frozen, and teriyaki stir-fry sauce. Cover.
Simmer on low heat 4 minutes. Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings
