Weight Watcher’s Country Steak with Gravy

1 1/2 pounds boneless top round steak (1/2 inch thick)
1 (12-ounce) jar fat-free savory beef gravy (such as Heinz)
2 T tomato paste
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1/2 dried thyme
Cooking Spray


Trim frat from steak; cut steak into 6 equal pieces. Combine gravy and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Layer gravy mixture and steak in a 4 quart electric slow cooker coasted with cooking spray, beginning and ending with gravy mixture.

Cover with lid; cook on high-heat setting 1 hour. Reduce to low-heat setting, and cook 6 to 7 hours or until steak is tender. Yield 6 servings (serving size 3 ounces steak and 1/3 cup gravy"
