Apple Cider Glaze for Ham

1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
2 tablespoons prepared mustard


Heat the maple syrup and apple cider in a saucepan set over medium-high heat. Stir until hot. Add the mustard and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer, stirring to incorporate the mustard. Use tepid or at room temperature.
