Ham Balls

Ham Balls

1 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup milk
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix together, and form into small balls. Bake in 9x13 pan or on a cookie tray 350 til done, about 25 minutes.

Serve warm in a sauce of:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup tomato juice or sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

These freeze well pre-baked, adding the sauce when ready to serve.
