Ham Balls

3 pounds ham loaf (40% pork and 60% ham)
1 cup cracker crumbs
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2-1 cup milk add enough to moisten

Form into balls.

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar


Preheat oven to 350° F. and mix together sauce ingredients.

Place ham balls in cake pan and drizzle sauce over ham balls. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Turn them once.
