Ham Casserole: Broccoli and Ham Casserole

Broccoli and Ham casserole;

5 cups cubed cooked ham *
2 pkgs. (10 oz) frozen broccoli
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz pkg. Pepperidge stuffing mix
1/4 cup melted margarine


Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions. Drain. Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a 13x9 casserole sprayed with cooking spray, Layer ham, then broccoli. Mix soup ,milk, mayo, and lemon juice, mix well. Spread over ham and broccoli. Sprinkle stuffing over this. Pour melted margarine on top. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.

*you can use more or less. I just use enough to cover

** you can also use a broccoli, cauliflower mix.
