Ham Loaf
1 lb. Ground Ham
1 lb. Ground Pork
2 Eggs
1 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Milk
Basting Sauce:
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
3/4 Cup Weak Vinegar (half water)
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix together ground ham and pork, eggs, bread crumbs and milk.
Form into a loaf in place in shallow baking pan.
Mix together basting sauce ingredients.
Pour over prepared ham loaf.
Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours, basting frequently.
