Maple Glazed Ham

1 Ham (any size, depending on guests)
1 cup Maple syrup per each 5 pounds of ham
3-4 Tbsp. all purpose flour

Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 oven about 20 minutes per lb. When about half done, remove the drippings from the pan and set those aside. Pour the maple syrup over the ham.

Baste every 20 minutes until done, with the juices and syrup from the bottom of the pan. Remove from oven. Pour off maple-flavoured drippings into a saucepan. Add the dripping to previously set aside and heat to a boil. Thicken with the flour; stirring until a gravy forms. Serve as a sauce with the ham.
