Corn Dogs
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Oil for deep frying
Dry hot dogs on paper towels; thread on skewer or popsicle stick. Make batter of all ingredients. Dip hot dog in batter, coating completely (pour batter into tall glass for easier coating). Fry in hot oil about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
