Mexican Hot Dogs
1 package flour or corn tortillas
1 pound hot dogs
1 can chili (15-oz.)
1 package American cheese slices (8-oz.)
Have tortillas at room temperature. Spread 1 heaping teaspoon of chili on each tortilla. Place slice of cheese on top of chili. Set hot dog in center of cheese. Roll up sides of tortilla and fasten with toothpicks. Bake approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp at 350° F.
