Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Chops

5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary -- chopped
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
12 meaty lamb rib chops -- 2.5 oz. each


Combine first 5 ingredients in processor blend until garlic is finely chopped. Coat chops with garlic mixture. Arrange chops in single layer on baking sheet. (Can be made 8 hours ahead. Cover; chill).

Preheat GF Grill. Take meat out of marinade, wipe a bit, and put on the grill so it sizzles. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes depending on how rare you like it. For medium rare, this should be enough.

Transfer 3 chops to each plate and serve.
