Oxtail-Beef Goulash

2 lb. oxtails
3 lb. stew beef
1 (16 oz.) can okra
1 (12 oz.) corn Niblets
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup broken small spaghetti
1/4 cup small macaroni
1 cup chopped white potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup rice, cooked
salt and pepper to taste


Boil oxtails; stew beef and okra for about 1 hour. Add corn Niblets, onion, chopped peppers, spaghetti and macaroni. Then add potatoes. Cook for about 30 minutes. Then add can mixed vegetables and tomato sauce. Cook rice in separate boiler. Add seasoning to pot. Add rice to pot. Stir; cook 10 minutes. Serve hot in bowls.
