Apple Glazed Pork Chops

4 medium pork chops of your choosing
1 cup apple juice
1 cup seasoned flour (flour, salt, pepper)
4 tablespoons margarine


Preheat skillet to 350. Dust porkchops with seasoned flour. Heat a large heavy bottomed skillet and melt margarine. Add chops, browning them on both sides. Deglaze them with the apple juice. Place uncovered in the oven to finish off cooking. About 10 to 15 minutes.
