Baked Celery Steak
(Serves 4 Or 5)

1 1/2 lb. cubed pork shoulder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 cup or more celery -- cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion -- cut in half and thinly sliced


Cut meat into bite size pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat, the place in 2 quart casserole. Lightly
saute onion and celery in meat drippings, then add to casserole.

Combine soup, catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce and parsley and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 325 degrees at least 1 hour or until fork tender. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
