Barbara Ann's (Sinatra) Meatballs

2 (8-ounce) containers seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup (4 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
2 large onions, chopped
1 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
red pepper to taste
6 pounds ground sirloin
1-1/2 pounds ground pork or veal
8 eggs
milk
vegetable oil
10 to 12 cups marinara sauce
1 (48-ounce) package pasta

Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and red pepper. Add dry ingredients to beef pork and or veal and eggs, mixing well. Gradually add milk until consistency is soft but firm enough to form balls.

Shape meat mixture into balls. Saute in oil until lightly browned. Drop meatballs into marinara sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes. While meatballs are cooking, prepare pasta according to package directions.

Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta.
