Pork Chops and Rice
1 pkg. pork chops -- cut bite sized
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup rice -- uncooked
Cook chops in a skillet. Sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 min.
