Pork Chops Country Style
1 pkg. pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream
4 potatoes - peeled and sliced
1 (15 oz.) can green beans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Boil potatoes 5 minutes. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup. Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown chops in a skillet.
Put potatoes in bottom of a 2 qt. casserole. Then put 1/2 the green beans, 1/2 cream mixture, then green beans and cream . Put chops on top. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 400.
