Easy Pork Chops and Stuffing

4 pork chops
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/3 cup water
3 cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 Oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350° F. Brown chops on both sides and place in a shallow baking dish.
Lightly mix together bread crumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.
Blend soup and 1/3 cup water and pour over stuffing mounds. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice and a vegetable.
Serves 2 or 3, depending on appetite!
