Mustard Grilled Pork
6 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
Dijon Mustard
Garlic Salt and Pepper
Brush each chop generously with Dijon mustard on both sides and place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt and pepper and marinate in fridge for 3 hours. The vinegar and mustard and salt tenderize this beautifully. You can also use this for beef.
Grill or broil to desired doneness.
