Quickie Pork Chop Dinner

Two butterflied pork chops, cut in two
One Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into rings
One large sweet potato, peeled and sliced into rounds
Brown Sugar
Orange Juice, about 1/2-1 cup.


Spray a medium size oven safe bowl with Pam. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Layer in half the sweet potato and apple, then lay the pork chops on them and then layer the rest of the potato and apple. Sprinkled the top with brown sugar and pour enough orange juice over the top to moisten it all.

Cover with foil and baked for 1 hour at 350, then turned it down to 300 for the second hour.
