Stuffed Pork Chops

4 Double, loin pork chops
1/2 cup minced, mushrooms
1/4 cup minced, onions
1/2 cup minced, green bell pepper
pinch of cumin
salt and pepper
2 tablspoons brandy
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup raisins


Cup a pocket in the center of each chop.

Combine, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, cumin, salt. Insert a little mixture into each chop. Dust chops with flour. Saute chops in olive oil until crisply browned.

Drain off all fat, add brandy and set aflame. When flames have died out, salt chops and pour in chicken broth and raisins. Simmer until chops are tender, about 35 minutes.
