Potted Pork Chops
1 onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
6-8 pork chops
3 cups water
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
8 oz. large egg noodles, cooked
Brown the onions in butter in a skillet. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Add the water and brown gravy mix. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, til the meat is tender. Serve over a bed of noodles.
