Pork Chops in Mushroom Soup

4 pork chops
6-8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1-3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet. Place pork chops in bottom of small, greased roaster pan or large casserole dish. Top with potatoes. Mix soups and milk and pour over potatoes and pork chops. Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.
