Country Style Ribs
3 - 4 Lbs. country style ribs
1/2 can beer or cola or ginger ale
favorite BBQ sauce, about 1/2 bottle
Take the ribs to an outside BBQ grill and sear them -- not cooked done just seared quick and hot to give them some color and a little crust.
Then arrange them in a baking dish.
Pour beer (6 oz, save the rest for adding moisture if needed.)
Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the meat - about 1/2 bottle.
Cover and bake at 350º for 1 and 1/2 hours
Uncover for the last 1/2 hour and let the BBQ get just a little crusty.
