Easy Pork Chops with Stuffing
4 1/2 inch bone in pork loin chops
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 cups water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix for pork
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
Heat oven to 350.
Sprinkle Pork Chops with seasoned salt and pepper.
Spray large non stick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat over medium high heat until hot.
Add pork Chops and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned on all sides.
Remove chops from skillet.
Add water and seasoning packet from stuffing mix to same skillet and bring to boil.
Remove from heat and add stuffing.
Toss until moistened.
Spoon into ungreased 12x8 inch baking dish.
Arrange broccoli and pork chops over top and cover with foil.
Can put in fridge overnight at this point or put in oven and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are fork tender and no longer pink in center.
