Glazed Ham Loaf

1-1/2 lb. ground ham
1-1/4 lb. ground pork
1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk

Mix and form into loaf.

Sweet and Sour Glaze

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 TBS. prepared mustard
2 TBS. vinegar
1 TBS. water


Puncture loaf with fork. Pour half of glaze over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes,basting with glaze 3 or 4 times during baking. Serve with remaining glaze.
