Ham Loaf

1 pound ground smoked ham
1/2 pound ground lean pork
3 cups Wheaties
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
salt/pepper to taste
pineapple slices, if desired.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line 9x5x3 loaf pan with pineapple slices, if desired and then pack mixture on top. Pour a little pineapple juice over all. Rub top of loaf with a paste of 2 tea. brown sugar and 2 tsp. prepared mustard before baking. 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours (delicious hot or cold)
