Ham and Noodles

2 cups noodles
1/2 pound leftover ham, cubed
1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tea. horse-radish, optional
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup thinned with 1/4 cup milk.

Cook noodles and drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix everything together, including the noodles and bake, covered in buttered casserole 350 degrees 40 minutes.

Remove the cover and sprinkle some crumbs on top, dot with butter and brown it under the broiler.
