Mustard Crusted Pork Chops
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, melted
3 tablespoons prepared spicy mustard
2 cups fresh bread cubes from French bread
4 (6- to 8-ounce) pork chops (each about 3/4 inch thick)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray with cooking spray a 13x9x2-inch roasting pan.
Mix melted butter and 2 tablespoons mustard in medium bowl. Stir in bread cubes. Spread remaining 1 tablespoon mustard on both sides of pork chops. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Arrange in prepared roasting pan. Press 1/4 of breadcrumb mixture atop each pork chop. Bake pork chops until cooked through, about 35 minutes.
