Old-Fashioned Baked Ham
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices
1 canned ham (5 pounds)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tea. ground cloves
1 tea. dry mustard
1 Tbl. vinegar
Maraschino cherries
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set aside. Place ham in a baking pan; bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Combine brown sugar, cloves, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl; stir in reserved pineapple juice. Score ham, place pineapple slices and cherries on top of ham; spoon glaze over fruit and ham. Bake for another 40 - 45 minutes basting occasionally.
