Pork Chops with Cinnamon Candy Sauce
Source of Recipe Unknown
8 to 10 butterfly pork chops
1/2 cup of "Red Hots" candy
1/2 cup of concentrated apple juice
Cook or grill pork chops until done and add salt or pepper to taste. Combine red hots and apple juice in a sauce pan over low heat until candy melts. Pour sauce over pork chops.
