Big Jim`s Pork Ribs
6 country style ribs
1 (47 oz.) can pineapple juice
your favorite sauce
Trim off all the excess fat. Place ribs in a big pot with the juice and boil for 1 hour.
Drain off fat and juice from ribs.
Place ribs in a dish 9 X 13 and baste with sauce. Place in broiler for 2 minutes and then do the other side. When finished broiling take out of oven and baste one more time, and let stand for 5 minutes. Then your ready to eat.
