Country Style Ribs

approx. 2 1/2 lbs. country style loin rib roast
2 cloves garlic, cut into quarters
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tsp. chopped dried chives
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. lemon pepper
BBQ sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut 8 slits in the meat and insert garlic quarters. Brush all sides of meat with olive oil and rub in herbs and seasonings. Brush generously with BBQ sauce.

Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning and brushing with more BBQ sauce 3 or 4 times.
