Pork: Ribs and Sauerkraut

Ribs and Sauerkraut
Servings: 6

3 lb country style ribs
2 one lb pkgs sauerkraut
2 large onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place ribs in a shallow baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut and top with onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with lid and bake for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
